I started reparing equipment at a very early age

when I realized my father was not going to buy me the latest goalie equipment every year.

My facination with the craft of hockey equipment repair started while I was playing Juniors.

I would watch the equipment managers for hours keeping the teams gear in top shape and eventually I learned the craft.

Over 25 years ago I purchased a leather sewing machine

and started installing new palms and fixing worn goalie gear for the local hockey community.

As the business grew I purchased additional equipment

such as a rivet machine,skate sharpener and various leather craft tools

to allow me to make repairs to all hockey equipment.

For years I have operated doing repairs for pros and elite players here and there.

I eventually expanded by partnering with some pro shops and at various rinks on L.I.

Most people found me by word of mouth. Those who did became faithful customers as they realized

that they could extend the life of their equipment with little expense.
